Background
Navsahyadri Education Society a New Engineering & Management College is based in Naigaon (Satara Road). It is situated on the barren hills in Naigaon. The college required a complete identity package from logo to outdoor campaigns. But to overcome all this they had an excellent well equipped campus & infrastructure for students.
Challenges
Firstly a new College was starting in front of all well-established colleges in Pune. And that to situated around 25 kms from Katraj (Pune) was a big hitch. To get more footfall & admissions, target audience should look & feel, also understand about the pluses of infrastructure.
Strategy
Starting with designing a Logo which was conceptualised keeping in mind the stream of education and the location where its placed. Giving it a unique touch. Keeping in mind the excellent Infrastructure and well equipped campus, was a must to highlight as it was the strongest USP overcoming the distance barrier. Brochure, Leaflets, Press Adds, Hoardings, etc. were incorporated keeping USP in foresight. With this Online Media such as; Social Networking site, Websites, SEO was a great hit. Informative Seminars also added weightage.
Results
The strategy worked with a bulls eye effect, as in the very 1st year admissions were almost full for all streams. The design campaign created exclusively for Navsahyadri was whole-heartedly appreciated by eminent Historian Mr. Babasaheb Purandare.
