Founder Director
With over 15+ years of hands-on experience in the marketing and advertising industry, Umesh Kadam, Founder Director of Select Media, stands as a beacon of excellence. His expertise spans Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Strategy, showcasing a comprehensive skill set refined through a diverse portfolio of successful brand collaborations across Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, FMCG, Fashion, Construction, IT, and more. Armed with a Post Graduate degree in International Marketing & Advertising from the University of Pune and Brand Management credentials from the esteemed London Business School, Umesh brings a global perspective infused with local sensibility to every endeavor. Google Certified, he harnesses the power of the digital landscape to amplify brand impact.
Director
Maithili Page, the Director at Select Media, brings forth a rich tapestry of over 15+ years of experience in the dynamic field of Media & Communication. Her journey has seen her traverse various facets of both Media and Corporate domains, excelling as a Brand & Content Strategist, and adeptly maneuvering in front and behind the camera. Additionally, she imparts her knowledge as a lecturer. Maithili’s educational foundation is rooted in a Masters in English Literature from the esteemed University of Pune, further fortified by a Post Graduation in Brand Identity & Strategy from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. Complementing this, she holds an Advanced Diploma in German Language and Image Consultancy. Beyond her directorial role at Select Media, Maithili is the proud owner of two additional enterprises: ‘Unique U,’ an image consultancy, and an acting school operating under the banner ‘All about Acting.’ Her expertise extends into Image Consulting for a myriad of brands and personal grooming. She holds the distinct honor of being one of the youngest facilitators for the Indian Army’s INI – Special Officers Course, specializing in Image Grooming. Maithili’s creative spirit knows no bounds, as she has worn the Director’s Hat for numerous plays and short films. Her acting prowess graces regional TV series, short films, and stage productions. Notably, she holds the distinction of being the youngest writer and director at All India Radio for a year-long series, leaving an indelible mark with over 15 recorded plays.
